CONTEST DETAILS
● Users will be able to participate in this Contest starting from 00:00 Hours on 2nd August 2020 and end on 31st August 11:59 PM 2020.
(“Contest Period”).
● To participate in the Contest You must do/ fulfill the following:
Age must be 18 years or above;
Must have a valid account on the Platform and log in using the same on the Flipkart Mobile App
● The first 40000 participants are eligible to win rewards.
As part of this contest, you have to answer simple questions that will be prompted on clicking the Quiz banner on the GameZone page on the Flipkart app and website during the Contest period. You will need to select a response to the question prompted in the quiz. Subsequent responses from the same account ID is invalid. The user can only take the survey once and will get the reward.
● There will be a quiz running every day.
● Winners will be announced within 15 days from the date of participation and can check the same in their Gems/Rewards Section.
● You acknowledge and confirm that You are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and maybe read or be known to any unauthorized persons. You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstanding and Flipkart shall not be responsible in any manner.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
● This Contest is valid only in India.
● The Contest is open to only end consumers and not the resellers of the Products.
● The first 40000 participants are eligible to win rewards.
● Prizes shall not be settled with cash in lieu by Flipkart and are not transferable.
● Flipkart or the seller reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate, withdraw, suspend, amend, extend, modify, add or remove portions of this Contest, at any time without any prior written notice.
● Participants are not bound in any way to participate in this Contest. Any participation is voluntary, and the Contest is being made purely on a best effort basis.
● Flipkart, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify You from the benefits of this Contest, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Contest.
● Flipkart and Seller reserve the right to determine the winner and such determination shall be as per the terms of this T&C. Flipkart’s decision in this regard shall be final.
